1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all tags attached and hygiene liners intact (for swimwear)
- Include original packaging and receipt
2. How to Return
- Log in to your account at bond-eyeswim.com
- Navigate to “Order History” → Select item → “Request Return”
- Pack items securely with the original receipt
- Ship using the prepaid label (U.S.) or your preferred carrier (international)
3. Refund Details
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund method: Original payment (credit card/PayPal)
- Shipping costs: Non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”)
- Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
- Customized/personalized items
5. Exchanges
- Available for size exchanges (subject to stock)

6. International Returns
- Customer covers return shipping costs
- Declare as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
