1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all tags attached and hygiene liners intact (for swimwear)
  • Include original packaging and receipt

2. How to Return

  1. Log in to your account at bond-eyeswim.com
  2. Navigate to “Order History” → Select item → “Request Return”
  3. Pack items securely with the original receipt
  4. Ship using the prepaid label (U.S.) or your preferred carrier (international)

3. Refund Details

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund method: Original payment (credit card/PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”)
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners

5. Exchanges
